had the privilege to work for 20 years in the long-term care industry. I cared for some of the most vulnerable members of our community: older adults who helped shape the world we live in today. Caring for this generation has always been more than just a job to me; it has been a passion and a calling. I am deeply grateful for the relationships I built and the opportunity to provide compassionate care, dignity, and support to those who spent their lives caring for others. That experience taught me the importance of planning ahead, being there when people need you most, and helping families navigate through some of life's most difficult moments.
