Dear Team,
As we come to the end of this year, I want you to hear this clearly: you are not here by accident, and you are not here because you had nothing else to do.
Each one of you is on this Regional Team because you made a choice to be here—and I’ve made a choice to stand for you, advocate for you, and do everything within my responsibility to help you succeed. I pray for each of you fervently, asking God for His blessing, wisdom, protection, and mercy over your lives and your work.
As we move into 2026, I’m raising the bar. Not because you’re lacking—but because you deserve to be better, to grow stronger, and to create an even greater impact. The work we do matters. The connections we make change lives.

As we step into the new year, commit now to operating with intention and discipline. Fill out your Market Analysis consistently, and use it as a living plan—not a form. Schedule and complete weekly PEP sessions with your Managing Partner to review progress, sharpen focus, and hold yourself accountable. Protect your calendar, increase meaningful connections, and take small disciplined actions every day—those actions will create extraordinary results.
