It's a regular weekly thing. I send this type of weekly motivational message to my dear team. I want to share one of them with you:
Subject: Success is intentional.
I want you to focus deeply on that word: INTENTIONAL.
No one becomes successful by luck alone.
People may look at someone winning in business, leading organizations, building wealth, or growing a massive client base and say:
“They got lucky.”
But those who are actually winning know the truth.
Luck happens when opportunity meets preparation.
The reason some people seem “lucky” is because they prepared longer, worked harder, stayed disciplined, and kept showing up when others stopped.
Look throughout history.
Elon Musk did not become successful overnight. He worked relentlessly to build PayPal before the world knew his name.
Steve Jobs and Wozniak started in a garage with vision, sacrifice, and belief long before people believed in them.
Even miracles in the Bible required intentional action.
The woman who had suffered with bleeding for years intentionally pushed through the crowd to touch Jesus’ robe before she received healing.
The crippled man did not just sit there hoping. Jesus told him to stand up, roll his mat, and walk. There was action attached to the miracle.
You see both ways:
Faith and action.
Vision and preparation.
Opportunity and intentionality.
The same applies to us in this business.
Every call you make…
Every appointment you set…
Every follow-up…
Every referral conversation…
Every networking event…
Every hour of preparation…
You are intentionally preparing yourself for the right opportunity.
One conversation can change your month.
One client can change your year.
One referral can change your career.
The people who become “lucky” in this financial services industry are usually the ones who stayed intentional long enough to meet the right targeted prospects at the right time.
Do not wait to feel motivated.
Do not wait for perfect conditions.
Do not wait for opportunities to magically appear.
Create them intentionally.
Prepare intentionally.
Prospect intentionally.
Serve intentionally.
Grow intentionally.
Because success is not accidental.
Team: Success is intentional.
