This week's "work" looked a little different... it involved a puppy party!! I had the chance to drop off matching funds through Modern Woodmen of American to Lifeline Puppy Rescue, and they welcomed me with the cutest thank-you imaginable. Lifeline Puppy Rescue is a Brighton-based nonprofit that rescues pregnant dogs and puppies from overcrowded shelters, giving them a sale place to grow, receive medical care, and eventually find loving homes. The funds will help support their new puppy facility so they can continue saving even more little lives. One of my favorite parts of what I do is being able to support organizations that are making a real difference in our community. Moments like this are exactly why I love working with a company that gives back.
