I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others as well as their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.

Freed-Hardeman University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical studies in 2000 and a master's in education in 2002. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2005.

being a licensed member of the Mississippi Bar Association since 2005 and of having been elected to serve as mayor of Amory, Mississippi, in 2013. I served for two terms, ending in 2021. I'm also proud to be a member of the wonderful Monroe County community.

served as mayor of Amory, Mississippi, for eight years, after running a general practice law firm in downtown Amory for a number of years.

I believe in the organization and its ability to render services to enable anyone, from any walk of life, to put into action a solid plan for achieving their financial goals, regardless of their age or background. Not only does Modern Woodmen provide such excellent support in that arena, but it also supports local communities as a boots-on-the-ground, service-minded organization that promotes giving back to member communities.
