Huge shoutout to Dane Crick and Nick Nies on their promotions to Financial Representatives! 🚀 If you’ve spent any time around these two, you already know this wasn’t luck— it was earned. Nick joins us with accounting and finance degrees and experience in case design. He has spent the last few years as a solid resource for those looking to find their way through the turmoil that can sometimes exist for folks signing up for Medicare. Dane spent his senior of college and all of this year working alongside me and the other advisors on our team; truly embracing what it means to be #unapologeticallyfraternal. Also, graduating with a degree in finance, he is as sharp as they come when it comes to all the facets In an industry where youth is a luxury, both will be incredible long-term resources… not just for their clients, but also for their clients’ generations yet to come. We’re excited to see them put their knowledge to work and build upon what has already become a strong foundation for their businesses. Dane, Nick - Seeing both of you step into this next role feels like the most natural progression in the world. You’ve put in the time, the effort, and the heart—and now you get to take that next big step forward. Proud of you guys. Excited for what’s ahead. And grateful to have front-row seats as you grow into leaders in this field. It’s official: Welcome to the team—this is just the beginning. 💼🔥 ‌ Be Curious. Be Confident. Be Competitive. Be Kind. #unapologeticallyfraternal Much Love & Cheers. #ModernWoodmenofAmerica #TeamMWA #MWACareers #CelebratingSuccess #Congratulations #WelcomeToTheTeam #NextLevel #GrowthMindset #ThisIsMWA #ThisIsUsMWA

🌟Women in Leadership — Empowered to Lead I had the privilege of attending Leadership Johnson County’s “Women in Leadership – Empowered to Lead: From Burnout to Brilliance,” a powerful one-day workshop designed to uplift, inspire, and equip women leaders across central Indiana. Led by two incredible facilitators — Becca Goldsberry and Melahni Ake — the event dove deep into leadership with heart: balancing ambition with authenticity, managing stress without sacrificing strength, and leading with clarity, confidence, and conviction even in chaos. I left in awe of the incredible women around me — leading, serving, building, and shaping our community in real, impactful ways. That energy — that shared commitment to uplift one another and our neighborhoods — is the kind of leadership our community, our state, and our country needs now. To everyone who attended, and to all the organizers who poured their passion into making this happen: thank you for showing what empowered leadership looks like. Extremely grateful members of my team were able to attend. Be Curious. Be Confident. Be Competitive. Be Kind. UnapologeticallyFraternal Much Love & Cheers. #Motivation #Leadership #Resilience #GrowthMindset #BeCuriousBeConfidentBeCompetitiveBeKind #UnapologeticallyFraternal #WomenInLeadership #EmpoweredToLead #LeadershipDevelopment #CommunityImpact #BurnoutToBrilliance

There’s a lot of excitement and potential on IU’s campus right now — and not just on the football field… Want to see another room of full of raw potential? Walk into a room full of Lilly Scholars. As a 2001 scholar and current Advisory Council Member, I joined the Lilly Scholars Network (LSN) welcome event at IU Bloomington. There I walked into a room full of scholars stepping into one of the biggest transitions of their lives with humility, grit, and a genuine desire to make an impact. These students are already showing the same drive and service-minded spirit that makes up LSN. They have joined a network of over 5,200 strong, shaping Indiana’s future in medicine, education, business, public service, and more. It goes without saying, LSN brings together some of Indiana’s brightest young people — not just to celebrate their achievements, but to challenge them to use their gifts for good. Watching them begin that journey at my alma mater was an honor. To my fellow members of the network: It’s inspiring to see the legacy continue. Your example continues to set the bar and is the reason this network keeps growing stronger. To the new and current Scholars: Your journey is just beginning… don’t see the world as it is, but what you dream it to be. You’ve got a whole state — and a whole network — cheering you on. You got this. Be Curious. Be Confident. Be Competitive. Be Kind. UnapologeticallyFraternal Much Love and Cheers. Huge shout out to Bryana, Katie, Katie, and Emily for all of their work day-in and day-out to make this community so great!! #ModernWoodmenofAmerica #ThisIsMWA #ThisIsUsMWA #MakeAnImpact #MakeADifference #PeopleHelpingPeople #CommunityMatters #PurposeDrivenWork #UnapologeticallyFraternal

✨“You are successful the moment you start moving toward a worthwhile goal.”✨ -Charles Carlson While a trophy may come toward the end - and do it’s very best to encapsulate success in an overly simplistic tangible form - real success isn’t about the piece of glass. Looking back at last year’s Aspire Annual Awards, this photo of our team reminds me that success isn’t just the trophy - it’s the dedication, collaboration, and momentum we build along the way. Sure the hardware will make us feel good, even more accomplished… but we need not wait. Every step we take together toward a meaningful goal is a victory; a small honorable step toward building a better us. Be Curious. Be Confident. Be Competitive.
