About me

Who I am at and outside of work

My family includes…

my wife, Nicole, my son, Conor, and my daughter, Brynley. We also have 3 furbabies, Scooter, Boomer and Princess Meowkins.

I'm a member of…

the Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce, Oswego Baseball and Softball Association, Young Professionals Network - NIU, NIU Alumnus Association, Blackberry Crossing West HOA and Main Street Business Connection.

I'm passionate about…

my family and friends. I also am a die-hard Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan!

In my free time you'll probably find me…

on the golf course. During the summertime we are a baseball family and at the ballpark quite often. I also just really enjoy outdoor activities with my family and friends.

My greatest blessing is…

having an amazing wife and two beautiful and healthy children.

Community impact

How we make a difference

We feel it’s important to support the communities we serve because…

we want to give back to places we call home and the people who live there. It is better to give than to receive! There are so many foundations and causes, but sometimes we don't see the impact at the local level. We feel it is important to improve our communities and focus on making a local impact.

We feel strongly about supporting our communities at a local level. One way we're able to make a positive impact is through Modern Woodmen activities and programs. We especially enjoy:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

Our philosophy on volunteering is…

we get so much more than we give when we help our communities and our families. It is way more fulfilling to give than to receive.

We’re most proud of…

the impact we made last year at the local level. We gave back a great deal through programs and funds to local communities in northern Illinois.

The Sugar Grove Corn Boil is an annual event the celebrates the community, local school groups and civic pride. 2022 was an especially rewarding gathering following two years of suspended activities. MWA Chapter 1320 announced the Hometown Hero, James White, for his community spirit and dedication to providing clean water. Fireworks on Saturday night are a long-held tradition that the Warren Region is proud to sponsor.
