Why I do what I do
Why I do what I do
I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others as well as their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.
I serve members in…
in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, and surrounding counties.
I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…
life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.
I enjoy working with…
families, those approaching retirement and small business owners.
I attended…
UW Sheboygan and Lakeshore Technical College.
I am very proud of…
my family and being successfully self-employed. Each time a customer says "thank you" makes this a very rewarding career.
Before Modern Woodmen, I…
worked with disabled and elderly in a long-term care facility.
I chose Modern Woodmen because…
I grew up with Modern Woodmen of America. My father, Robert Klug, started with Modern Woodmen in the 1960s, so I grew up witnessing how Modern Woodmen impacted the community. Many of my fondest childhood memories were activities and fundraisers sponsored by Modern Woodmen. I also personally witnessed how life insurance helped the families of loved ones they lost.
The best part of my career is…
helping others. Whether it's planning for retirement or protecting their families with life insurance, I feel good knowing I help make a positive impact in their lives.
A favorite moment in my career was when…
I realized I made it through my first death claim. A young mother of three little boys lost her husband in a car accident. I begged my father to go for me, but I knew the answer. I had to go. It was very difficult, tears were shed, but knowing I needed to be there for this young widow helped me make it through the appointment.
