Why I do what I do
Why I do what I do
I relate to people who have specific milestones they want to reach in their lifetime. Owning their dream home, having the financial resources needed to help their children thrive, regularly vacationing to their favorite places, treating every day like a Saturday in retirement, and other life goals. I enjoy helping them map out how they can achieve all their financial desires, by providing my ongoing, hands-on support until they get there.
I serve members in…
the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County in Southern California, but Zoom has allowed me to work with members throughout the state.
I enjoy working with…
parents, k-12 educators, and individuals who work in healthcare. People in these groups often spend so much of their free time taking care of and bonding with their families, planning ways to provide new resources for their students, and staying up-to-date with medical advances, that they don't have much time left to plan for the financial future they want.
I attended…
Chaffey Community College, Southern Utah University, and California State University, San Bernardino. I received my bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration on finance.
Before Modern Woodmen, I…
played competitive soccer for over 10 years. Being a goalkeeper gave me the clearest view of the field. I also had the responsibility to understand what every position was supposed to do, what the capabilities of my teammates and the opposing players were, and how to communicate my insight so that I could help my teammates win. My role in financial planning feels similar, but with a different game and strategies.
I chose Modern Woodmen because…
of the culture and structure of the organization.
The best part of my career is…
the people I get to build relationships with along the way.
