my community involvement -- and being named Michigan's Fraternalist of the Year for Modern Woodmen in 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Before Modern Woodmen, I…

sold new automobiles for General Motors, primarily Cadillac.

I chose Modern Woodmen because…

the organization is second to none. Not only for how it supports members in helping them reach financial goals, but also for the tremendous support it offers in my communities, and how it allows me to give back.

The best part of my career is…

assisting my members. Whether it's protecting their families with life insurance or planning for their retirement, I know I'm helping make a positive impact in their lives. :)

A favorite moment in my career was when…

I saw the impact these plans have when tragedy strikes a family unexpectedly.

for almost my entire life.

What I like best about my community is…

the amazing people. No one is a stranger. People genuinely care for one another and give back to make this community great.

I’m a member of…

Laingsburg Lions Club.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

hands-on activities where I can see the results of my hard work, any event where I can help children, any event where I can get my girls involved to teach them the importance of giving back, and any event where I can work with seniors in my community.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

a fundraiser we held for a young gal with bone cancer in her jaw. The event raised over $15,000 toward her medical bills and care.
