Before Modern Woodmen, I…

taught children with special needs. Then I transitioned to the corporate world and helped build OneSight Foundation. I went back to school to become certified in helping families deal with aging parents, financial planning, and asset protection.

I chose Modern Woodmen because…

I believe in the organization - not only for how it supports members to reach their financial goals, but also for the way it supports my community and allows me to give back.

The best part of my career is…

helping my members, whether individually or through their business. I want them to be protected and prepared for the "what ifs" in life.

A favorite moment in my career was when…

When I helped educate my members to see how saving through the years had paid off. They could retire early and enjoy retirement!


Knowing that I'm helping people of all backgrounds. Working with small businesses makes me want to come to work every day. I love making a difference in people's lives!

My family includes…

My husband, Les; son, Michael, and daughter-in-law, Rebecca; my daughter, Lauren, and son-in-law, Jamison. We also have four dogs, two cats and a horse as "grand pets."

In my free time, you can find me…

with my family, going to the barn with my daughter or listening to my son's band play. Les and I also enjoy cruising in our '67 Corvette.

My family and friends. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, so I'm a huge Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan.

The happiness of my husband of 38 years, my two children and their spouses ... and my heath.

my whole life. I was born and raised in Cincinnati.

What I like best about my community is…

My neighborhood is very quaint. Some neighbors have lived there for over 50 years. I feel like I live in Mayberry, USA.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

involvement with OneSight clinics. We help people in developing nations receive proper eyecare, as well as children throughout the U.S. and Canada.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Donating educational programs.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

our MoneyMaster's program on financial literacy. I love offering this program to students and giving educational programs to special-needs adults.
