As a part of the fraternal side of Modern Woodmen of America we love to give back to the communities that we serve and recognize other people in the community that are also doing great things for their communities. Last week I had the pleasure of awarding Karen and Carrie with Modern Woodmen of America's HomeTown Hero award, which recognizes people that are going above and beyond for their community. Karen is the CEO that continues to steer the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce in the right direction and keep everyone focused on the true purpose of the chamber at every event! Carrie is the Director of Operations at the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce that ensures that everything behind the scenes is running smoothly and greets everyone with a great smile at all of the chamber's events! The chamber wouldn't be what it is today without them!
