Why I do what I do
Why I do what I do
I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others and their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.
I serve members in…
northern Mississippi and western Tennessee.
I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…
life insurance, annuities, stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds and variable annuities.
I enjoy working with…
families, those approaching retirement, business owners and those who want to plan a legacy for their church or favorite charity.
I attended…
Northwest Community College and the University of Mississippi.
I am very proud of…
earning top club status each one of my seven years with Modern Woodmen of America and serving more than 600 clients with our fraternal benefits and the financial products that come with our Planning for Life system.
Before Modern Woodmen, I…
managed a business incubator in Tupelo, Mississippi.
I chose Modern Woodmen because…
Modern Woodmen is a not-for-profit organization that not only gives dollars back to its members and the communities they live in, but also hires financial representatives who will dedicate their careers to helping individuals and businesses solve long-term financial issues with permanent solutions.
The best part of my career is…
getting to know people in a way that helps us work through the unique financial issues they have and enables them to confidently plan for a secure financial future.
A favorite moment in my career was when…
early in my career, I met with a gentleman who was over 70 years old and still working. He was reluctant to meet because he said there was just no way for him to be in a financial position to retire anytime soon. After a careful examination of his situation, we were able to craft a plan that enabled him to not only go ahead and retire, but become an integral part of his church's volunteer program.

The people I meet with love using our fraternal benefits as ways to socialize, volunteer, provide money to their favorite community organizations and supplement their planning for the future.
