Why I do what I do

Why I do what I do

I love helping people. I also realize that from the financially wealthy or independent to the financial work-in-progress, we all have one thing in common - the need for quality, professional advice from someone they know, like and trust. I'd like to be that person for you. Let's start the conversation today.

I serve members in…

Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, Minnesota, Mississippi, Kentucky and Missouri.

I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…

life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.

I enjoy working with…

people who respect and appreciate their families, their communities and themselves. I most appreciate working with small-business owners, individuals nearing retirement or early into retirement, and young families concerned about both their family’s futures and their current day-to-day needs.

I attended…

the University of Wisconsin - Stout in Menomonie, WI, and graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration and an emphasis in sales and marketing.

I am very proud of…

earning the Arrow of Light (Cub Scouts), earning the rank of Eagle (Boy Scouts), earning the Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC) designation, earning the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) designation and helping 450+ people to date secure their plan for their financial future.

Before Modern Woodmen, I…

spent about eight years in the IT business serving small to mid-sized businesses in Southeast Wisconsin and Northeast Illinois.

I chose Modern Woodmen because…

I am very community-oriented and believe in always giving back. I love helping people. I've found that Modern Woodmen's fraternal status, fraternal offerings and financial products allow me to best serve my members, their families and our communities.

The best part of my career is…

helping my members. Whether it's planning for their retirement or protecting their families with life insurance, I feel good knowing I helped make a positive impact on their lives.

A favorite moment in my career was when…

I received the ultimate compliment and confidence of a client when they began to call me a friend and refer others to me on a regular basis.

Also…

another favorite moment is when an esteemed friend and colleague introduced me to someone who has since become a great mentor, center of influence, friend and colleague.

“I serve members in Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, Minnesota, Mississippi, Kentucky and Missouri.”

My life outside of work

My family includes…

my mom, dad, stepmom, and my brothers in Arizona.

In my free time, you can find me…

volunteering with either the Boys Scouts of America Troop 222 or Great Lakes Church.

I’m passionate about…

helping people secure their financial futures.

My greatest blessing is…

the ability to see the many gifts God has given me, including my life, my family, friends and clients.

My personal motto is…

Always do right by others and my needs will be met.

My hidden talent is…

I love camping and Dutch-oven cooking.

Also…

I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Community impact

In the community

My local community impact

I have lived in my community…

my entire life!

I’m a member of…

Boy Scouts of America Troop 222 and Great Lakes Church.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

enjoying social and educational opportunities with my local Modern Woodmen chapter.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

from this past spring, when my entire region helped provide and plant trees for the Veterans Outreach Center in my hometown.
