It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

opportunities for young members, including the Birthday Book Club, Do-Good Grant, financial literacy programs, and scholarships.

Current insights

Back in the day, members used unique ways to express the need to prepare for the unexpected. Goggles (called "hoodwinks") were sometimes worn by a new member as part of an initiation ritual. Pins (push buttons) on the goggles changed the color seen through eyepieces from black to red, open and closed. This prop showed that things change throughout your life. #ThrowbackThursday
