Why I do what I do

Why I do what I do

I feel truly blessed to make a living by helping others and the communities around me. Every day, I work with people to overcome financial challenges and build a more secure future. I also support my community through our fraternal programs and activities, making my work deeply rewarding!

I serve members in…

southeastern Wisconsin. I also serve members throughout the state and in other parts of the country!

I enjoy working with…

families, business owners, nurses and individuals preparing for or already in retirement. I also love helping with employee benefits.

I attended…

Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota (the most German city in America). I also earned a Certified Financial Planner certification from Waukesha County Technical College.

I am very proud of…

helping members build strategic financial plans that protect their current needs while setting them up for the future!

The best part of my career is…

helping families on their financial journey and volunteering in the community!

A favorite moment in my career was when…

I obtained my CFP designation.

Also…

I am a huge fan of the Milwaukee Bucks! You’ll find me at most games.

“My personal motto is just be honest and open.”

We never spoke. But when they had a question…I was the person they called. A few years back, I inherited a book of business from a retired rep. Over the years, I’ve reached out periodically to the clients. Checking in. Seeing how they were doing. Sending out birthday cards. A few months back, I had a client call me about a letter they received about their pension. We never spoke before. They reached out because they kept my birthday card. They didn’t understand the letter. So, they called me. The pension was getting shut down and they were given a few options: 📌 Monthly Income 📌 Lump Sum 📌 Transfer With this, we discussed the client’s future goals and plans for retirement. In the end, the transfer was the best decision for their goals. It would allow the client to use the money if needed. When you get a letter that doesn’t make sense, call your financial rep! We’d be happy to help you through the process. Sometimes all we need is an extra explanation. 📌What’s one thing you want to do after you retire?
