Why I do what I do

I feel truly blessed to make a living by helping others and the communities around me. Every day, I work with people to overcome financial challenges and build a more secure future. I also support my community through our fraternal programs and activities, making my work deeply rewarding!

I serve members in…

southeastern Wisconsin. I also serve members throughout the state and in other parts of the country!

I enjoy working with…

families, business owners, nurses and individuals preparing for or already in retirement. I also love helping with employee benefits.

I attended…

Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota (the most German city in America). I also earned a Certified Financial Planner certification from Waukesha County Technical College.

I am very proud of…

helping members build strategic financial plans that protect their current needs while setting them up for the future!

The best part of my career is…

helping families on their financial journey and volunteering in the community!

A favorite moment in my career was when…

I obtained my CFP designation.

One thing that isn’t talked about much this holiday season? Guilt. People are feeling pressured to hold back from buying gifts. Feeling guilty for spending money. Why is that?? Recently, I had a conversation with my assistant about Christmas shopping. She never spends this much money. However, she said something to me that stuck out. “This only happens once a year. I deserve to spoil my friends and family! Even with sticking to a budget, I feel so guilt… I’m not sure why.” Yes, it’s important to save money. However, it’s normal TO spend money. (Especially during the holiday season!) When we are consistent, it can be hard to stray away from the plan. But Christmas only comes once a year! You deserve to spoil your loved ones. Financial plans can be reworked. You shouldn’t feel guilty about giving your loved one an amazing Christmas! All deserve to enjoy the holidays.
