One thing I WISH I knew at the start of my financial career…. And it could have saved me HOURS! Longer hours don’t equal productivity. For years, I would work long hours and weekends. I was always trying to catch up… it felt never ending. However, when I started working shorter hours… I found more success. How? Because I was locked in. I wasn’t scrolling on Facebook for 30 minutes. I silenced my phone and just worked. With this, I found that I got more work done. CRAZY RIGHT??? Our phones can really affect our productivity.
