Why I do what I do

It moves the needle for me when I can see the positive impact I am able to make in people's lives. By getting to know my clients, reviewing and prioritizing goals, and assessing current and future financials, I help my clients make the best decisions for their needs. I am client-driven, not product-driven. Through my holistic financial approach, I am dedicated to guiding and protecting the best interests of goal-driven clients who have placed their trust in my retirement planning expertise.

I serve members in…

primarily South-east Wisconsin. I am also licensed in other states. Zoom virtual meetings can be convenient for clients who don't live close to the office.

life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.

I enjoy working with…

people who appreciate working with a professional for their financial strategizing. My business focuses on two main demographics. First, people on the front or tail end of retirement accumulation, preservation or distribution of assets. One of my industry designations is RICP (Retirement Income Certified Professional), this is my wheelhouse. I enjoy this process with my clients. Second, business owners who I can facilitate in providing solutions for both personal and business needs.

and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am always continuing my education by taking financial courses through the American College. I am vigilant in always continuing to learn more industry-specific information so I can translate this into better helping my clients.

my amazing team/staff members who support my business: Ashleigh Norton, Business Operations and Processing Manager, and Mark Wernes, Client Account Manager. Earning membership as a qualifying and lifetime member of MDRT. Having my business continue to grow every year as I continue to leverage my resources to assist my clients.

Before Modern Woodmen, I…

was a technical recruiter. I enjoyed assisting people in this profession, but I was unable to meet with people face-to-face. I made the switch to Modern Woodmen because I knew I would enjoy working more closely with the people I would be assisting. I felt I could make a bigger impact on people's lives with my career at Modern Woodmen.

I chose Modern Woodmen because…

I believe in the organization! As a fraternal financial services organization, Modern Woodmen of America allows me to support members to help them reach their financial goals. I am also able to support the local community, as Modern Woodmen allows me to give back in the form of fraternal community programs.

doing things with my family or spending time with friends. I enjoy cooking, traveling, being outside when the weather is nice, and reading books now and then (for leisure as well as for business).

that I have loving and supportive family and friends, but my children are my greatest blessing!

I have lived in my community…

pretty much my entire life.

What I like best about my community is…

since moving back to the New Berlin area in 2021, my parents and in-laws are just a few blocks away. I also like how friendly all of my neighbors are, and I really like supporting the local businesses and restaurants in the area.

I’m a member of…

Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

when I do hands-on activities and can see that my work has made a positive impact. I also enjoy activities where I can give back to local underprivileged children and rescue animals.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

when my husband and I organized a Modern Woodmen blood drive through the Blood Center of Wisconsin. My Modern Woodmen group was able to bring together almost 50 people to donate blood at this private event. It felt great to organize such an impactful event.
