Helping the Helpers

Throughout the pandemic, CrossWord Christian Church in Moreno Valley, California, provided groceries to those in need in the community every other Saturday. I had volunteered to help a few times, and in December, I decided to bring along a chef to cook meals to feed all the volunteers. I've attended the church since 2000, and its members have seen me grow and have helped mold me into the man that I am today. It meant the world to me to be able to give back to them after they have given me so much. Thank you to Chef Rick for the delicious food, to Dustin Le for capturing the moment, and to Pastor Karen, aka my second mom, for allowing to give back to my home!
