Why I do what I do

Why I do what I do

I like being part of the solution for my members. I’m a great listener, and my goal is to help members set up a portfolio that promotes financial security and peace of mind. There are many tough, real-life decisions people must make regarding their financial future. My expertise is connecting members with resources and helping them make plans to achieve their financial goals.

I was paralyzed following a diving accident in 2006. Reflecting on this life change inspired me to go into financial services and help others. I work with people to ensure they understand their options. I help them plan for life and all its milestones. I’m genuine and hardworking, and I hope to connect with you to learn about your goals. Together, we can create a personalized plan.

I serve members in…

Wisconsin, especially my hometown, Kenosha. I’m also licensed in Arizona.

I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…

life insurance, annuities, stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds and variable annuities.

I enjoy working with…

families and individuals who are brave enough to share their financial goals, and people who are receptive to learning about the fantastic options Modern Woodman offers through all life’s milestones, from birth to protecting the future of the next generation everything between.

I attended…

the University of Wisconsin Parkside and Gateway Technical College.

I am very proud of…

having a career that I can make a difference in people's lives.

Before Modern Woodmen, I…

was a firefighter, successful roofer, construction tradesman and representative for a local pharmacy. A diving accident ended my intended career path. Now, I’m thrilled to help my members plan their financial future.

I chose Modern Woodmen because…

it helps the community and supports its members in reaching their financial goals. It is truly rewarding to have a career that allows me to give back the way so many have given to me.

The best part of my career is…

educating, planning and troubleshooting with members to identify and achieve financial security. The most thrilling part is watching my members attain their goals and continue to grow!

“I believe my gift, my purpose in life, is to help and connect with other people, achieving goals beyond expectations and creating a positive experience for all involved.”

My life outside of work

My family includes…

strong Polish parents, four sisters, and my brother.

In my free time, you can find me…

exploring the outdoors, hunting, fishing, waterskiing or simply enjoying nature.

I’m passionate about…

helping others the way I have been helped throughout my life. I believe that as you progress through life, it is important to reach back and help others along the way. Our paths may be different, but the journey is very much the same.

My greatest blessing is…

surviving a traumatic injury. I’ve been blessed with support from faith, family and friends. They’ve guided me to where I am today.

My personal motto is…

Being family means you’re there for one another. You help family without expecting anything in return. The people I'm close to, especially raised in an old-fashioned Polish household, are near and dear to my heart.

My hidden talent is…

regardless of circumstance, I do my best to forgive and acknowledge that we all have our faults. We all value different things, and I accept that and treat people respectfully. I will be accountable for my past and strive to do better in the future.

My local community impact

I have lived in my community…

my entire life. It’s an amazing community filled with caring individuals.

What I like best about my community is…

the diverse activities available each season, from farmers markets and historic auto shows to ice sculptures and restaurants sure to satisfy your craving.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

helping the Lynzay Legois Free Waterskiing Club with adaptive waterskiing, allowing people of various abilities to get out on the water.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects and volunteering to help those in need.
