Why I do what I do
Why I do what I do
I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others as well as their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.
I serve members in…
Waverly, Eagle, Lincoln, and the surrounding areas.
I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…
life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.
I enjoy working with…
young families who are looking for guidance on reaching their financial goals and protection for their families.
I attended…
the University of Doane in Lincoln and received my master's degree in Human Resources. I also received my bachelor's degree in business administration.
Before Modern Woodmen, I…
working at an auto insurance company as an underwriter.
I chose Modern Woodmen because…
I believe in giving back to the community and helping people. I enjoy helping people create a better future for themselves and their families.
The best part of my career is…
helping my friends, family and other members. Whether it is planning for their retirement or protecting their families with life insurance, I feel good knowing I am making such an impact on the people I care most about.
Also…
Before starting a career at Modern Woodmen I lost my father. To me my dad was invincible. He was only 54 years old when he passed away. It's never easy for anyone to lose their spouse, parent or kid, but I was living it way earlier than my family ever wanted to. Losses are never easy in any capacity, but my father had life insurance set up so my family could still run the family business. My mom didn't have to worry about bills, and our family was able to take the time we needed to grieve.
