One of my favorite parts about what I do isn't always helping someone join our team. Today I had coffee/tea with someone I spoke with a while back about a career with us. In the end, they chose a different path and returned to work they were truly passionate about in the nonprofit and philanthropy space. Getting to catch up and hear how things have unfolded was a great reminder that success doesn't always look the same for everyone. Sometimes the best outcome is simply helping someone thing through their options, gain clarity, and move confidently toward what feels right for them.
