Why I do what I do
I serve members in…
Dallas, Carrollton, Plano, Allen, Colony, Celina, McKinney, Irving, Flower Mound and Lewisville.
I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…
investments, annuities, life, health and supplemental insurance and other product solutions. We also have various planning tools available. My personal touch includes acquired knowledge, honesty and integrity.
I enjoy working with…
veterans and families with children.
I attended…
George Washington University for an associate’s degree in health science and lab technology. I also attended the University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly known as University of Maryland University College) for a bachelor’s degree in computer and information science.
I am very proud of…
my military service, work on malaria vaccine research, patent application for a sales tool I created, four children, and my oldest son’s military service. I’m also proud of my Meritorious Service medal, leadership and participation with Scouting America, and ability to foster teamwork and lead by example.
Before Modern Woodmen, I…
worked for a government-sponsored enterprise and two of the top four U.S. banks. I was also looking for a better way to benefit people’s lives via time, treasure and talent.
I chose Modern Woodmen because…
I was going through the motions of life, taking care of my family, friends and responsibilities, but I
was not giving back in more meaningful ways like I do with Scouting America. I wanted to find ways to give back, do more, or help others in need. Modern Woodmen fraternal projects help in conjunction with its solutions designed to better prepare families for their futures.
The best part of my career is…
The best part of my career is knowing that the work I do can truly benefit the people I serve. Helping you take meaningful steps to help yourself — to protect your future, strengthen your financial foundation, and prepare for life’s uncertainties — is what gives my work purpose. Seeing clients gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind is the most rewarding part of what I do.
A favorite moment in my career was when…
A favorite moment in my career happened when I was handed a certificate and a check for $200 after being named the inventor on a patent for executable software I had written. It was a surreal experience — something I never imagined as a child. To see my work recognized at a corporate level, and to know that something I created had real value, was both humbling and empowering. It reminded me how far I had come and how many unexpected paths a career can take when you stay curious, persistent, and open to growth.
