Why I do what I do

Why I do what I do

It's all about helping people. I want people to understand the simple steps they can take today to ensure a healthy financial future.

Before Modern Woodmen, I…

was a business owner for 12 1/2 years, working in the transportation industry.

I chose Modern Woodmen because…

I believe in the organization – not only for how it supports members to reach their financial goals, but also for the way it supports my community and allows me to give back.

The best part of my career is…

knowing that I have helped someone make decisions that will positively impact their future in significant ways.

“Modern Woodmen membership is about relationships. We take time to get to know you and your needs. Get to know me and how we might connect.”

My life outside of work

My family includes…

My wife, Robbie; three sons, Caleb, Seth, and Lucas; and one daughter, Hannah.

In my free time, you can find me…

In the woods hunting, fishing, or hiking.

My greatest blessing is…

my wife and kids.

My hidden talent is…

I play multiple instruments and am a singer.

My local community impact

I have lived in my community…

All of my life. I grew up in Royse City, and I've lived in Caddo Mills for the past 17 years.

I’m a member of…

Highpoint Assembly of God in Royse City.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

running three All Pro Dad chapters in Royse City, serving as a teaching pastor and in music ministry at Highpoint Assembly of God in Royse City.
