Why I do what I do

Why I do what I do

I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others as well as their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.

Eastern Kentucky University.

A favorite moment in my career was when…

I understood just how important the fraternal benefits are when I was able to help a family with final expenses for a loved one through our Matching Fund program.

my daughter, Heather, my two sons, Brent and Dustin. Also, two grandchildren, Bekah and Briley.

at the park with my four-year-old, at my granddaughter's softball games or at the gym.

I love to create different hairstyles and craft new recipes.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

helping families in need and teaching my children the importance of giving back.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

when we raised more than $5,000 for the Pregnancy Help Center to help with expenses for women and newborn babies.

Also…

We are also a big supporter of the Backpack Program for children, which provides food for children on the weekends.
