Why I do what I do

I’m passionate about helping my members determine their financial goals and then working together to create a plan based on their unique circumstances and needs.

I serve members in…

eastern Idaho and Utah primarily, although I do serve clients in other western states.

I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…

life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.

I enjoy working with…

and excel at working with families and business owners as they transition through life. Two areas of main emphasis are retirement planning and helping individuals/families after losing a loved one.

I attended…

Idaho State University, where I obtained a bachelor's degree from the College of Business, emphasizing finance and entrepreneurship.

My family includes…

my wife, Kara, and five adorable children.

In my free time, you can find me…

somewhere outdoors, participating in some type of sporting event, or with my family.

My local community impact

I have lived in my community…

my entire life. Two years of my life were spent in El Salvador on a church mission.

My favorite volunteer activities are…

those hands-on activities where we can see and experience the impact we are making. We especially enjoy the activities that include children through sponsoring more than 30 youth service clubs in the area.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

provided through the local chapters and youth service clubs. In the last 16 years, I have been blessed to provide over $600,000 to our local communities using our Matching Fund program! Most of those dollars have gone to our schools and nonprofit agencies in the area.
