Why I do what I do
Why I do what I do
I chose this career because it’s all about helping others. I help my members plan for a secure financial future.
I serve members in…
Treasure Valley, Idaho, where I live and work,. I am also licensed in Washington, Oregon, Utah, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Georgia to help members across the country with various needs.
I can help you plan for life using a variety of tools, including…
life insurance, annuities, mutual funds and variable annuities.
I enjoy working with…
female business owners, families, those approaching retirement, and anyone who has felt intimidated when planning for the future and wants an understanding financial rep driven by a servant's heart. I seek to be your personal financial ally, educating you so you can make the best decision for your needs. I work to be accessible and available to my clients, for questions and help. I love to give a second opinion if you are unsure if what you have works best for you for retirement or life insurance.
I attended…
Boise State University and American Institute of Health Technology. More recently, I have completed extended studies on FIC and FICF designations. These designations allow me to specialize in applications of life insurance, business planning, and retirement plans. I am a lifelong learner, always seeking personal growth opportunities. I am currently taking a course in Leadership at the American College of Financial Services.
I am very proud of…
helping others through financial services. I also get to give back to our community through Modern Woodmen's fraternal programs. We invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into local nonprofits and programs that support our community.
Before Modern Woodmen, I…
worked in the direct sales field serving and coaching women to be business owners. I also worked in the dental hygiene field for 15 years, where I loved helping patients feel at ease and building relationship with generations of families.
I chose Modern Woodmen because…
I had been a member for my personal financial needs (life insurance for myself and my family, retirement planning, etc.) for over six years before becoming a representative. I love that there are so many member benefits, and that as a fraternal financial organization, we give back to the communities we serve.
The best part of my career is…
working with members, helping them gain confidence as they make choices to protect and prepare for their families and futures. I appreciate when a member or family tells me they wouldn't be making these good choices without my follow-up and service.
A favorite moment in my career was when…
I was able to help a grieving widow make plans to secure her children’s future and her own through the benefits she received from Modern Woodmen and the life insurance that was in place to protect her. Being able to deliver on the promises that were made to her and her husband gave me such a feeling of gratitude.
