Why I do what I do

I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others and their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.

I believe in the organization - not only for how it supports members to help them reach their financial goals, but also for the way it supports my community and allows me to give back.

The best part of my career is…

helping my members. Whether it's planning for their retirement or protecting their families with life insurance, I feel good knowing I helped make a positive impact on their lives.

riding on a portion of Route 66 and Wisconsin's beautiful back roads or visiting antique shops on my Harley-Davidson.

MESBA and Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

building a wheelchair ramp for a senior veteran with local volunteers and Modern Woodmen Members. We had a small but mighty team and built the ramp in one day in November, in Wisconsin, where you never know what the weather will bring so close to winter. The veteran was so thrilled with our finished product and relieved that it didn't cost him a dime. We still stay in touch.
