Meet Our Boss: TJ Clayton-Cornell We love getting to know the person who leads our team, and today we’re highlighting TJ, Managing Partner for the Upstate! His responses are just one more reason we’re grateful for his leadership and all he brings to our team. When it’s time to unwind, you can usually find TJ watching Clarkson’s Farm or a zombie show, like the Walking Dead. A mantra or piece of advice he tries to live by: Micah 6:8 "He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" Why it matters to him: It’s a reminder just to simply always be kind to my fellow man, to humble myself and always do what is right by others. Favorite place he has traveled to: Ireland Why it’s his favorite: Something about the cliffs and the soft rain Fun fact about TJ: I am a retired semi-professional rugby player We are so thankful for TJ! A huge thank you to Jim and Kirsten for putting their Do-Good Grant into action and supporting Community Pet Wellness by Rescued in SC, an all-volunteer dog rescue organization based in Mt. Pleasant! Using the $200 in seed money provided through Modern Woodmen’s Do-Good Grant, they helped provide much-needed supplies to support the community vet and its mission of caring for animals in need.
