I enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of people in the community. Modern Woodmen is a fraternal organization and therefore strives to make a positive difference in the community. It is a great fit for me because it allows me, along with other members, to make a positive impact in the communities I serve.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

recognizing faculty and staff of Bolivar Middle School as community heroes.

Hometown Heroes

We had the opportunity to recognize the teachers and staff at Bolivar Middle School as Hometown Heroes. The faculty and staff have pushed through recent challenges to help and educate students the best way possible. Our community appreciates their dedication and work to invest in the lives of our students. We presented the school with a flag, a plaque and a banner to remind them they are appreciated, and we donated money to the charity of their choosing.
