Why I do what I do

I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others as well as their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.

served in leadership positions within the business community for over 20 years. I took great pride in analyzing underperforming operations and providing the necessary tools and guidance to help elevate them to the next level.

In my free time, you can find me…

working at our nonprofit on the eastside of Anderson, South Carolina. This has been a project of passion for my family since we purchased the property in early 2020.

caring for those in my community. Whether they are my neighbor or folks I've just had the pleasure of meeting I am energized and fulfilled when I have the chance to serve.

I have lived in my community…

off and on since 2001. I met my darling bride here in Anderson about 20 years ago and we are honored to call this our home.

What I like best about my community is…

the multitude of people engaged in caring for one another. This community truly exemplifies the word.

It’s very important to me to support my community. My favorite Modern Woodmen programs are:

Matching Fund projects to raise money for those in need.

My favorite memory from a fraternal event is…

when a scouts troop was out at The Cleo Bailey Experiment's Oasis Garden. There we were building several new raised garden beds for the community members. At this fraternal event I was able to impart upon these young folks skills and wisdom as we joined together in building a more enriching neighborhood.
